new update is awesome with the fact that its more customizable

Trash that doesn't fit in San Andreas? Then remove it. Why i added an ini then?!
"no rubbish in environment" not possible, cuz you can add any trash in ini file, and it's impossible to know which one is a newspaper/leaf.
