RoboCop Cobra Assault Cannon Mod

This mod adds the Cobra Assault Cannon from RoboCop into Vice City. It replaces the M60. It has its own custom weapon HUD icon, and has a modified dat. I learned 3DS Max to create this.

When shooting without aiming, there are pauses between shots, just like the movie. This would be for the explosive shots, but I have no idea how to make the bullets explode like the rocket launcher (I did legitimately try), as a result, the bullets do not explode. Shooting when aiming has a rapid fire of regular bullets.
