VC new Carcols, main.scm and Default.ide file

My first mod in Vice City. Hope you liked it! Please rate 10 stars if you like :)
Please start new game, it will not work on your old save

Contains:
Carcols.dat modded to obtain black cars without cheat code
Default.ide to spawn gang cars (gang burrito, voodoo, cuban hermes etc.) on street; Special vehicles (Bloodring, Hotring, Mr. Whoopee, and several others will be spawned on traffic, just wait for them to spawn)
Main.scm modded to buy safehouses for free. $10000 money in the beginning of the game, (save game included if you don't want to start new game). Edited 014C code to generate the cars to infinite (101) from 0. You don't even need to complete the side mission just to unlock them.
Hidden Packages now spawn near lawyer's house. 99 packages spawns near the faggio scooter. the 1 will be automatically picked up.
2 Islands unlocked
Sea sparrow will be used on chopper checkpoints. You can finish them at the beginning
Tear gas spawns in the VCPD Headquarters
I have included other mods (Xbox cars, 10th anniv weapon icons, etc). Credits to the authors of these mods!

Instructions:

copy the files from 'Copy and Paste in Modloader' to your Vice City directory (X:\Games\GTA Vice City) X is where u installed the game.. install modloader first for easy installation and uninstallation in case if you want to go back to original (link: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2015/01/SA-Modloader.html)

if you don't want to start a new game, copy the content of 'Copy to My Documents folder if you don't like to start new game' to your Documents folder.. It's your choice..

also, if you have found bugs please tell it to comment section... I will try to fix them.. (if i have time hehe.. :D)

you are allowed to upload, but the contents must be unchanged.
