Thx for another attempt on the topic regardless of the state of the game man. Many years ago modders tried doing this by the same method and the gained fps is around 7-15 fps. However despite the gem it is GTAIV, we must all cope with how badly optimized this game is. Still enjoy flying out of my sedan, definitely gonna give it a try. :D
