hey gta vice city has this cleo mod with this but they are automatic when you go left or right.
i got it from the vc extended features but i was wondering someone would port it to san andreas somehow.
i don't the person would mind because it seems he took credit for many mods that were not his anyways.

(nevermind, i use 4tweaker and didn't know it went into resident.rpf and i had my other sounds but the chainsaw was gone.
-you forgot the chainsaw sound or at least i don't hear it after putting this in.
im surprised no one got rid of the bullet trace that shows when using it.

@Dimitri Rascalov theres a mod compilation thats called vice city extended features which has the empire building in it plus alot of things like jetskis, new cars, peds and alot of interiors and savehouses like hotel skyscrapers.
