Need to use it so I can finally use manual aim on a controller

Great mod! I've noticed that the Infernus has somewhat of a broken handling. I'm not using handling mods and if I delete this mod, the Infernus' handling goes back to normal.

@RinNagasaki the Washington model in the cutscenes is made so characters don't clip into it. I am currently working on an update, and I will upload the washington model.

Also yes, you're right the Glendale model is correct as it is. I forgot to tweak the colors, and I will release the update soon. Alongside the new Glendale, I will add a corrected version of **carcols.dat**
