@Wrench SCP780 you wanna download the mod ? So then frist download one of the cleo mod http://cleo.li/download.html , Then Download the Dyom Mod http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=5038 , When you download choose DYOM 8.1 setup. You know how to install the cleo mod, then extract dyom setup to Your GTA SAN ANDREAS USER FILES folder, After that start a new game. You will see a new mission menu. When you chose the desiggn your own mission. After game is loaded click Y you will see the mission menu
