Funny Rat (Updated)

UPDATE: Fixed the weird spike on their head, fixed the position of the weapons.

This funny rat has finally arrived to San Andreas!

This is my first ever time using Blender and 3ds Max to make a mod. nah, it ain't no more. i did another one. anyways, i noticed that there's a bug when you run and then suddenly stop. it bugs but then goes to normal.
