This mod it changes player animations and pain voices and textures to Female.
This mod swaps CJ to a woman (Mona Sax from Max Payne 2).
This mod it changes all of clothes, hairstyles and tattoos,
Now if you taking damage, fall from high, or breathe after diving (critical lung capacity) you can hear Female voice.

Walk = W + ALT
Fast Walk = W
Sprint = W + Space
