Mount Chiliad Maniac

A prisoner is taken to Area 69 for conducting tests to create an indestructible human. After getting injected
with the "Blue Goo," the human becomes completely unstable, and his heartbeat stops.
The scientists thought the project failed and sent the body with some soldiers to transport it to Mount Chilliad
and burn it. However, the caravan never came back...

This mod is probably the best Mount Chilliad killer mod as it spawns the npc between 1am to 3am and changes
the weather to thunderstorm creating a intense enviornment, and trust me taking the killer down won't be easy unless
you have a minigun. This mod won't play during missions as well.
