Cops Bulletproof

The modification gives a bulletproof vest to the police when you have a wanted level.
-If you have 1 star, there is a small percentage that you will meet a policeman in a bulletproof vest, with a small amount of armor;
-If there are 2 stars, the percentage is increased as well as the number of armor;
-With 3 stars or more, almost all police officers will be wearing bulletproof vests with the maximum amount of armor.
The percentage at levels 1 and 2 of the search can be configured in the .ini file, as well as the amount of armor. The police are given one model of body armor, with two slightly different textures (randomly issued).
