I always wanted a HQ mountain bike for SA mobile before so here it is.

= unique texture names
= removed tire, seat and handlebar grip reflection
= added reflection to the main body, looks good with or without graphics mods
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo

= has chassis_vlo
= custom shadow and collision
= custom reflection
= SA mtbike data lines
= replaces MTBIKE
= 6mb dff and 707kb textures
