1)Revert the resolution back to high quality - When found its over there
*I resize the images before just because I thought the high resolution texture not showing up in game.

How to install:
1. Open IMG Tool
2. Click on File
3. Choose gta3.img
4. Press F2
5. Search lahillsads.txd
6. Right-click on it then replace
7. Choose lahillsads.txd that you have been downloaded
8. Rebuild Archive (optional)
9. Close IMG Tool then enjoy it!
