This file is conversion of my Kart from III.
SA ordinary kart's COLL and resize is finished.

p.s. I'm sorry but CJ's position is not so comfortable on this kart. I don't know how to solve it from handling.cfg or vehicle.ide files, please reply the solution and I'll very thankful.
