What did I do:
 - Edited the taxi plate as an extra
 - Added a taxi plate (GTA IV)
 - Altered env
 - Changed the bodywork texture to that of the vehicle
 - Edited bumper material as color sec
 - Changed board background to default
 - Added shadow
 - Added dual exhaust function (vehfuncs)

Installation:
Just copy the folder to modloader (lines already included)
