This aircraft was the second MiG-3 captured by the Escadrila 19 Observatie in 1941. The Soviet colours were overpainted with Rumanian camouflage and markings. Cpt 'Bazu' Cantacuzino, the top ARR ace test flew this MiG-3 at Brasov.
