This mod adds the high fade (with waves) and includes an overhaul of CJ's face, replacing the cesar and high fade haircut.

- Added high fade based on the original high fade from OG San Andreas - but crispy
- Changed normal map details on CJ's face
- Overhauled the textures
- Changed the facial hair
- Changed his hairline
- Custom Spec Map
- Custom normal map with waves
- Partially fixed the ears - but to get good ears I'll have to change the model and the UVW's
