1.0 IMPROVEMENTS:
-Added teleports from inside and outside the parking garage;
-Added an automatic garage door in your garage: It will open when you will be close;
-Improved front gate: now NPCs can enter in the first parking lot through the front gate (which opens automatically) and park their vehicles;
-Various minor change

0.2 IMPROVEMENTS:
-Added an automatic gate at the main entrance;
-Added an automatic barrier at the entrance of the parking lot on the rear of the building;
-Added automatic doors on the elevator;
-All of this objects will move when you get close.

DESCRIPTION:
This apartment is located on 12th floor of the first tower of the residential complex "Von Crastenburg Hotels & Resorts". The apartment consists of spacious rooms with large windows with views over Vespucci Canals, the LSX Airport, Downtown LS and Vinewood Hills. There is an open-space entrance, a home cinema room, an open space dining and living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a fitness room and a laundry room.
There is also a parking garage, located at the base of the building, which can be accessed from the back (with your vehicle) or from the atrium (on foot). Your own garage can hold 4 cars, along with bicycles or motorcycles.

FEATURES:
-Big rooms, nice furniture, nice views and a big garage;
-Teleports to inside/outside on foot (thanks to MAP EDITOR 2.7 UPDATE)
-Working doors (thanks to MAP EDITOR 2.8 UPDATE);
-Working lights;
-Working main gate, automatic barrier, garage door and elevator doors.

MARKERS:
-Yellow markers will take you inside the atrium and outside the main entrance of the building;
-Green markers will lead you into the garage and into the hall and inside/outside the garage;
-Blue markers (inside the elevator) will take you to the 12th floor and the atrium.

ACCESSING THE GARAGE WITH A VEHICLE:
-With the 2.10 update, Map Editor allows you to teleport vehicles with markers. To enter or exit the garage, just move to the green marker near the entrance / exit of the garage.

ISSUES:
-Sometimes the objects inside the apartment may disappear, depending on your position and angle of view. (THIS DOESN'T HAPPENS WHEN YOU'RE IN FIRST PERSON VIEW);
-It could happen that the automatic barrier is raised if there is a car parked nearby;
-It could happen that a car coming from the parking lot destroys the automatic barrier.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
-MAP EDITOR MUST BE AT LEAST 2.10 VERSION (for working doors & teleports to markers)
-EXPANDED OBJECT LIST (you cand find in MAP EDITOR files when you download it)

INSTALLATION:
1) Go to FILES directory (on this folder) and copy apt12b.xml;
2) Go to you GTA V main directory and paste it;
3) Run the game, go to Michael's house and get inside it;
4) Open MAP EDITOR menu and select LOAD MAP, then type: apt12b
5) Wait for loading, once is done go to Palomino Avenue in Little Seoul.
6) Enjoy!!!

NOTES:
-It is very important to load the map inside of Michael's house: if you don't, most of the furniture will not be loaded.
-For a correct loading of all objects, i suggest you to delete your "INVALID OBJECTS LIST" from the SCRIPTS folder (Located on GTA V main directory)
