- Using OpenIV, put folder kcm_irocz to directory

Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks



- Then navigate to:

Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

and add the following line: "dlcpacks:/kcm_irocz/" to dlclist.xml



- Save and close
