Reminding:
Chichibu_shi_plate & Chichibu_shi_plate_n is more suitable for Motorcycle(sp to scooter)
Chichibu_plate & Chichibu_plate_n is more suitable to Cars

Issues (Visual)
- [Livery](*Visual*):
[2.0] Some of the images and words had lose so much textures, as put into the lfa.ytd file in OpenIV, I try but no matter how hard it just getting worst. (There is a image showing if you don't know what I mean.)

(This is from [1.0] no fix can be made, on the right-side of the sign). I have been trying to fix the issue but just couldn't. If put the sign backward then it doesn't look too good but then I make it smaller, it come back as same as putting it backward it leaves quiet a white space which affecting the visual.

- [License Plate](*Visual*):
With the License plates some awkward reflection or distance with make the Regional Code or the Hiragana Prefix disappear. - Not sure why. Pls let me know, if you know. -
