create a new folder in your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks foldername this folder 'hiluxarctic'drop dlc.rpf from downloaded archive in the 'hiluxarctic' folderedit mods/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xmladd : 'dlcpacks:\hiluxarctic\' before the '' tagsave dlclist.xmllaunch gamespawn car using name 'hiluxarctic'

HOW TO USE
Use a trainer in game to spawn car, spawn name : "hiluxarctic"
