Hey everyone, I'm one of the GTA fans from Japan.
I want to say something to the overseas crowd.
There are plenty of save files with 100% completion,
but why are there no save files for "STEAM achievement unlocking"!!!
It's annoying, isn't it!!! Someone make one!!!
So, I made it.
I made a save file that makes "STEAM achievement unlocking" easier.
It's a save file that lets you unlock achievements in a short amount of time without having to repeat things.

※Note:
I have something to say to the development team. I made it because it was a pigeon! It's pointless, right!

Installation
Please replace the save files.
It's recommended to back up before replacing.
Go to:
Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Profiles
Just replace the folder in "Profiles," and you're done.

Contents
There are two save files:

/Save Slot 11 - Before the final mission
Time Trial: Finish in under 30 hours.
Other achievements can also be unlocked, but some races and other activities aren't completed, so
it's recommended to load Save Slot 12.

/Save Slot 12 - Story complete (Deal End)
Raise up to $500,000.

Mission Complete: Blue Sea Car Heist 9/10 (Start from an Internet Cafe email)
You Got Message: Stevie's Car Heist 29/30
Shopping Therapy: Jacob's Special 100%/75% (You’ll receive a call)
Our Way of Life!: Blue Sea Special 100%/75% (You’ll receive a call)
Remote-Control Bomb: Packie’s Special 74%/75% (Please pay attention to him)
Liberty City’s Most Popular: Friendship level 74%/90% (Increase by calming down Packie)
If you take Packie out and do three activities, his friendship will reach 90%,
and you'll unlock "Liberty City's Most Popular."

If you can't unlock the sub-character achievement "All Friends,"
look for Charise, Ivan, and Clarence:
