Faster Banshee - For GTA IV VC Nextgen

This is a singular vehicle (Banshee) modification for the port of Vice City called "Vice City Nextgen Edition" Which is based on GTA IV.

The mod is technically a demo for a future bigger version, which will include all sports cars, and maybe the motorcycles too (no compromises...).
