If you dont have the file "scripttxd.img" edited,
Put the file "scripttxd.img" from this .zip to this folder:
>Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data\cdimages<



If you have a modified "scripttxd.img", use SparkIV(or some program like that)
to add the "phone3d_hq_private0.wtd" in the file:
>Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data\cdimages\scripttxds.img<
