Improvments, new board texture by retarded_chicken


Install:

Use OpenIV to edit details.img (Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data\maps\props\residential\details.img)
Drop these files into it: cj_dart_board.wdr, cj_dart_board_cab.wdr, cj_int_spare.wtd
Defragment the details.img (Press the keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+R)
Then open texture folder (Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\textures)
And just drop the darts.wtd file there
