Enhanced LCPD cars 2.0

New enhanced version of the police stanier, merit and buffalo.

This is not an improved version of the first one, it is a different one.

Changes made in the first version:

- New paint UV mapping for all 3 cars
- Higher quality texture for the police livery
- Multiple liveries (4)
- Push Bars now have collisions
- Resized Light Bar
- Fixed the prisoner partition on the Stanier and Merit
- Other changes and fixes

Changes made in this version:
- Unit number on the back of the cars as seen in one of the game trailers
- New livery design on the buffalo and merit, slight changes made to the stanier as well.
- Resized and repositioned lightbar
- New prisoner partition
- Other minor changes

These cars have 2 variations each, one with the default pushbar and the other one with paint pushbar, you can choose which you want to use.

All cars have properly set collisions, lods and camera placement.

No bugs as far as i know, if you find any, feel free to point it out.
