Just a simple convert. Well, more a a half=convert. I really just added the parts that are different on the V version to the IV Comet, then added the tuning parts from V. I set up the extras and extra flags as if it's a gang car. If you add it to a gang in the cargrp, it will spawn with the tuning parts extras when driven by that gang. I haven't added it to a gang in my game, so it only ever spawns stock. I just add the tuning parts with SNT, so I didn't include a cargrp data line.
