Not Working Visible Water

-I use the BGM particle package mod for GTA 3
-I use water transparent script to get water alpha
-I use ENB Series v0.075c3 with Enabled deep water in 90%
-And enabled the water texture with 15% intensity
-But not working,how to create workable command??
