Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Power Axe Mod

This mod adds the Power Axe from the 1990s "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" show into Vice City. It replaces the cleaver. It includes a brand new weapon HUD icon and modified weapon dat. This weapon was used by the Black Ranger.
