Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Power Lance Mod

This mod adds the Power Lance from the 1990s "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" show into Vice City. It replaces the hammer. It includes a brand new weapon HUD icon and modified weapon dat. This weapon was used by the Blue Ranger.
