@carnathsmecher I noticed that, I was wondering if i could just skip the fade in or adjust the time in a file like other settings in the game. but thank you for the reply

Hey, Rob. do u know the damage effect that fades in on peds when u shoot them? how do i edit the bloodfx file to make them appear fully in the first shot? thank you
