Nvm, it also removes the fog effects in foggy weather. I hope it only removes the blur effect in the cutscene, not in the game. Is there a way to do it?

tested in 1.0.4.0 and still works. It really removes the blurry cutscene. So, I don't need to use some mods or asi. files to make my make soo stuttered and laggy.

This would be cool/clean if the color were pure black&white with those GTA sponsors featured. This Kinda looks old and dirty texture. Just saying.

I know it's old, But I'm still using this texture and I notice there is a texture loss in Coca-Cola ADS when you go far, or if your View Distance is below 50 or 70, you will notice it. I think you forgot to put the picture of the Coca-cola in this file >>> (lod_generic_1_dc9.wtd)
