This mod 100% works on Complete Edition; one issue with missing textures is the result of having Higher Resolution Miscellaneous Pack by Ash_735 installed. To fix the issue, simply navigate to Ash_HiRes_Misc.

The file literally says to delete it if you have weapon mods installed.
