Namco Arcade Guns Mod

This mod adds the arcade Namco guns to Vice City. They replace the colt45/pistol. The mod includes new sound effects, a new weapon HUD icon, both color versions of the gun, and a modified weapon dat (this allows for rapid fire when holding fire just like the arcade guns).
