For people who having a bad time with gta vice city.
Please reupload this with my permission.
To be able for this to work, right click your Gta vice city and you will find a button that say properties,
then click compatibility then you will find compatibility mode click that and change it to **Window XP
(Service Pack 2)** then finally click apply, close it and enjoy!
