Installation :-

Extract all the files (except optional,pics and for low end pc folders) into the gta vc folder

Without grass :-

✽ Delete grass folder in modloader or don't copy it
✽ Don't copy data and vicecry folder
✽ And extract other stuffs

Note :-

1) Optional folder - This can remove some unwanted meshes from maps
2) For low pc folder - Texture size were reduced to 256 pixels. Hence performance improved and may be loss less fps
3) If you install without grass means, your fps won't down at any place...

Update :-

V3 - ✽ low end pc and option folder pics were added...
✽ generic txd was optimised for low pc and for low fps loss in high pcs
✽ grass and trees texture were optamized in low pc folder

V2 - ✽ grasses were improved and unwanted meshes were removed
✽ more grasses were added by vicecry folder and some extra plants were added like banana trees
✽ new timecyc (sky) file were added

V1 - ✽ grass and trees were imported from vice cry...
