More Fire (CLEO)

Description: includes two scripts that add more fire to the game:
FirePropagation_VC.cs: gives fiery explosions' flames (like from Molotov cocktails) a chance to propagate. Also, the flamethrower will now generate a similar explosion if fired continuously.
FireExplosion_VC.cs: the script adds fire to some of the explosions, making them more spectacular and dangerous.
