Fearful Gangs

This mod is made FULLY by me! No one has anything to do with it but ME..
I did NOT steal anyone's work..
This mod makes Haitians, Sharks/Street Wannabies, Army guys, Diaz's gang, bikers scared of Tommy. Army guys do full ignorance towards Tommy. Now u don't have to dress up as cop to enter the army base to steal any vehicle. I didn't change cuban's reactions to Tommy because they usually don't touch him..
Installation: put the pedstats.data file in your GTA VC's data folder wherever u've installed your VC..But of course make a backup file of your original pedstats.data..
