Improved Weapon Ranges + Fire Rates + Damages v2

Copy and paste the 'data' folder to your GTA VC directory.

>> Remember to backup any file before replacing.

This mod improves weapon ranges, damages, melee damages and most importantly the fire rates!

>> It's recommended that you use this mod after finishing all the missions, cause enemies can destroy your vehicle or kill your friend easily. You may face difficulties when completing a mission. <<

Version 2 changes..
1. Some range and radius fixes.
2. Enemies can kill you from a far distance so stay sharp!

I hope you guys will enjoy this mod! It was really hard to edit the values with only using notepad++, especially when I was editing the fire rate values!
This mod will improve your weapon ranges, fire rates and also damages!
