All the models together are 3 megabytes in total. There are many character and building replacements. You need to prepare the ES File Explorer, TXD TOOL, and IMG TOOL.

Open the ES File Explorer, click on Internal Storage, then click on Android, then click on obb. When you see the folder with the Vice City icon, click to enter it. Rename the file inside by adding a “.obb” at the end. Then click on the compressed package, and extract the names of the two files, gta3hi and gta3.img, from the texdb folder. Then unzip the dff.zip and txd.zip in this compressed package file (there are dff files and more than 370 pictures inside).

Click on IMG TOOL, open the gta3.im in the texdb folder. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner, and then click on Add Files(s) with replace. Add the col and dff files inside the dff compressed package.

Then open TXD TOOL. In the gta3hi.txt, click on the first picture in the lower right corner, select all the pictures, and then click on Umcompressed 32bpp. Just select to overwrite.
