Nouman City 2014 Map Ver1

This is a little island map between docks and marina. The road goes to it from marina.
I created it in 2014 so i named it as Nouman City 2014. this is the version1, i wanted to update it but my exams are near and i shall not be modding for 1/5 month. So i give you permission to update it in 50 days of its release. Update should be uploaded to gtainside or to moddb.Com because i have some mods uploaded there and i have an account there, my name on moddb.Com is NoumanEjazAwan, you will have to be my friend..
