Actually I was made this before from 2024 but I can't released because models size is too difficult to do due to use custom scale, such as icon need to be fix. Now is different: fixed icon resolution and weapon data for semi-auto slot now can let player shoot during walking, which it no more just stand 'n shoot.
So, what behind of this? from yesterday, when I think to make Mini Fix from Phantom Forces which replace Level Action rifle with something like shoot 'n walking, but it was never happen. However, I still keep that idea by search a video weapon.dat fix made by Matthew Laurence with link to his dat file available on GTAforum. Then I started to download along with my own data, rename two data files to .txt, focus and comparison to what make Level-Action Rifle have reload animation, then I search and found a post that were talk about tutorials of this data, and I notice something is different: HEX flags, not animation like what I think before. Afterwards, I going to my internet station, download game, then rename weapon.dat to .txt, modified HEX code of this gun is a A008 to A038, start the game, and it worked: can shoot this gun during walking.
Before even made this, texture that I download from sketchfab has a problem: for some reason, when I set to original, it doesn't work. So I put from official game insteads.

Scale up from 58.2 and decreased to 0.023.

Mods have two replace slot, including HUD icon variants, and weapon lines*
*You need to install GTA V weapon data made by fkngoob, then copy and paste that lines. But why? ancient data corrupted my gameplay for no reason. HEX flags for semi-auto slot is a 7038, with this HEX, player can able to shoot this gun during walking and have a reload animation.
