Realistic Traffic Mod V2.0

This mod changes the normal traffic, making it more realistic.

+V 2.0!!!
Updates and changes:

* More civilian cars in work zones
* Removed bike in forest traffic (they make traffic slow!)
* Added mountain bike in park areas
* Busses are a bit more common in main streets
* Phoenix car is more common in rich zones
* Removed forklift in air runway (it looks dumb in the traffic)
* More types of cars for all gangs and mafias! (they're not random cars, they're cars that
look like they could drive)
* Removed patriot spawning in desert areas (I couldn't make a soldier drive it, people can only drive it,
making it unrealistic, a person driving a HUMVEE???)
* Added Journey in deserts, so it would look like people are camping in deserts, more realistic
