GTA V Michael's Bullet Time Ability (Final)

This is the FINAL version of michael's bullet time ability
as I am leaving sa modding after this!

This version now gives you the ability for 30 seconds.
this mod will give you michael's bullet time ability
so that you gain advantage over your enemy for the
time during which the ability is used.
Also there is a bar(meter) display which acts as a
timer for the mod to work. Once the meter is empty,
it will refill. But, you can use the ability also
during the the time when the meter is refilling.

And in this new version, I have provided WEAPON STATS
totally designed for this mod(optional).
