No Rotation for Guns and Money

Dropped weapons and money (Like iv) by hr75

in this cleo mod dropped weapons from who has(had) an gun will not rotate. and his/her weapon will drop to ground.look at the pictures you will know.

installation:
1-copy "Cleo" folder to Gta sa root folder
2_Open "Alci's IMG Editor"
3-in "file" tab select "open"
4-Open gta3.img from your gta sa "Models" Folder
5-In "actions" bar select "Import(Remove if exist)".
6-Import two Files in"to gta3.img" folder
7-Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOTE: You need Cleo 4 for this mod.
