Changeable Health Bar Colors (Depending On Health %)

Simple mod that changes the color of health bar according to health level.
Everything configurable in .ini

HealthPercentage — at what level (in percent) it will switch color
R,G,B,A — color

Pay attention to how everything is made:
[High] HealthPercentage = 70. Means that over 70% it will be green.
[Medium] HealthPercentage = 36. Over 36% and up to 70 will be yellow
[Low] HealthPercentage = 0. Over 0 and up to 36 will be red. Don't change this value !!!
