This mod allows to mod any vehicle inside (closed in vanilla game) Doherty Garage obtained by CJ after winning a street race against Claude and Catalina.
You can mod any lowrider, streetrace or regular car. Even a lawnmover. The body parts that you can install on a vehicle are the same as in vanilla game. No spoilers or hood vents on a tractor. If a vehicle doesn't have nitro in vanilla - you can install max 2x nitro on it. Selecting 5x or 10x will result in adding 2x. Maybe I'll find a solution later.

Wanted level. To go on parole (flashing start) in this garage CJ will have to exit vehicle, close the door, make sure there are no cops inside the garage and only the get back into vehicle and respray it. If all the conditions are met - wanted system will go into "on parole" state.

Garage door opens automatically when you drive to in in car. If CJ is on foot - you have to use the button on the wall to open the garage.

Jethro and Dwayne will be there (they are invincible to any damage) and a coffee machine (+50hp). You can change the volume level of music playing inside the garage. You can use your own mp3 files (drop them into QAM folder and rename to 1.mp3 - 5.mp3). The music that comes with the mod has a reverb effect added to it.

Ini file settings:

ActivateByCheat=0
- Allows to mod cars anywhere. It's a cheat. Set to 1 to enable and type CARMOD in game.

UnlockFromStart=0
- When disbled (set to 0) - garage becomes available only after finishing Wear Flower In Your Hair mission.
If set to 1 - you can teleport there right after starting a new game. (Might be useful with mods that have
all cities open from start)

GarageInteriorScript=1
- Disables or enables garage internal features (Coffee machine, door, music, music volume, Jethro and Dwayne)
Better leave it enabled.

ModBikeWheels=0
- Available just for fun. Allows to put car wheels on motorcycles. WARNING ! Placing car wheels on bikes
has major visual bugs. There is a possibility that some other bugs may pop up.
DO NOT report this, as nothing can be done (at least now).

- MusicVolume=1.2
Music volume of the audio system in the garage. It will be saved in .ini if you change it
inside garage.

- ability to remove tuning wheels and reset to model's default type

- recreated menu a bit, so it would mark(highlight) installed items instead of disabling them
- absolutely any item can now be removed with R key
- ini option: OffroadWheels
If enabled, and you install Offroad wheels the script will apply 2 handling flags:
OFFROAD_ABILITY Vehicle will perform better on loose surfaces like dirt
OFFROAD_ABILITY2 Vehicle will perform better on soft surfaces like sand
When you remove the offroad wheels the flags will be reverted to default for this car model.
- bugfixes
Added Tuning menu:
- change width for front and rear wheels (very narrow, narrow, wide, very wide)
- 1G boost (Gives more engine power for standing starts; better hill climbing)
- 2G boost (Gives more engine power at slightly higher speeds)

- Bodyworks menu now detects installed mods
- more bugfixes

Update 1.3
- camera fix for big vehicles - moves camera to have a better view of the vehicle, small vehicles have the standard game camera view
- fixed car radio reactivating after exiting and entering the car inside the garage
- compatibility with EHI Repatched: copy "sfse_12.col" from "Optional\.EHI_Repatched" folder
to "DohertyGarage\garage\" and replace the file that is there.
- compatibility fixes move to "Optional" folder
- if MusicVolume is set to 0.0 (in .ini) then music inside garage will not play and car radio won't turn off
- some small fixes here and there
- fixed a bug that was preventing SF missions cars to enter the garage
- garage interior script will now stop when a cutscene is started
- even more little fixes
- added a few idle actions for Jethro and Dwayne

Update 1.2
- removed NewOpcodes.cleo requirement for this mod
- car radio will now turn off when the door starts opening and will turn back on when the door starts closing (exiting and entering the vehicle inside the garage will still enable it)
- some tweaks and fixes related to paintjob menu
- bomb menu: timed, ignition, remote-controller

Update 1.1
- fixed middle wheels not changing on six-wheelers
- added sounds for tuning actions (only when inside the garage)
- fixed a bug with repetitive placing of the same part when holding a key (was not noticeable, but it was there)
- it is now possible to remove paintjob
- description of bumper now has Front/Rear specified
- If you DON'T have Proper Fixes installed - copy "sfse_stream5.ipl" from folder .NoProperFixes_fix to DohertyGarage\garage\maps and replace the file that is there.
