Custom Colt.IFP

Just a custom "Colt45.ifp" animation I found in my Modloader folder, I forgot where I got it from sadly, but I decided to upload it to GTAInside in order for it to not be lost to time.

It changes the way CJ and the NPC shoot both crouched and standing, affecting the animations of the Tec9, Colt45 and UZI.

I decided to also throw in a "Beta animations" ped.ifp because they seemed to match.
