timecyc.dat that has been adjusted and improved, while still keeping the game's atmosphere on point.

During day time, the sky is no longer an oversaturated cyan mess, the colors are a lot softer and easy on the eye.

There's also a bonus file, which includes improved specular and enviroment reflections on vehicles present on the PS2. Vehicle's colors will also become brighter.

It is strongly recommended to use SkyGFX with the PS2 Color Filter and Radiosity along with the other mods specified in the README.
