Weapon Tuning 0.1 alpha

Take your boring, ordinary weapon, and give it a new face
change the paint, add a sniper scope, a laser (for increased accuracy) and a silencer (temporarily exclusive to the Colt45)
the modifications are NOT in the save, but in a separate file, if you want to clean the tunings, delete the contents of "Savedtune.gbr".

The mod is in WIP, so for now only 4 weapons are tunable, which are:
-Colt 45
-M4
-Shotgun
-MP5
I intend to make tunable all COMMON firearms (no rpg, minigun, flame thrower, etc...)
